Ender 3 PSU Fix - Angled Shim

Ender 3 PSU Fix - Angled Shim

Description

On my ender 3 I have the PSU cover that moves the power lead to the back of the PSU, there was enough clearance initially but it has caught the rear right levelling wheel a few times, knocking the bed out of level and was hitting the glass bed so i designed this quick shim to just angle the psu away from bed slightly. its only 2.5mm but it appears to be enough. ill change it if it needs more angle. You need to print TWO of these, one for each of the bolts that hold the PSU on! i rotated it in cura so it printed laying flat on the bed, it will probably print fine on its side though. Print at 25% infill (i also printed at 0.2 layer height to make a smoother shim) Screw the bolt through the frame and the shim then line up the psu and screw it all together, keeping the shim in place with your finger while tightening, ensuring the thick part of the shim stays on the side closest to the bed. If the hole is a little tight, just screw the bolt through the hole and turn it a few times and it will loosen but will be a nice tight fit.
