Celestron 9x50 Finder Scope to Guide Scope conversion kit

Celestron 9x50 Finder Scope to Guide Scope conversion kit

Description

Have a Celestron 9x50 finder scope lying around taking up space and being all useless? Convert it to a 50/228 (F4.56) finder scope! Remove the eyepiece, screw in the adapter, insert one of the narrow *mini* guide cameras from ZWO (QHY ones might work, too), and voila, you have yourself a guide scope / camera. Focus should be perfect if you remove all extension rings from the camera and push it all the way in. You can insert threaded insert into the hole (M3 / 5mm diameter) and use an M3 hex screw to keep the camera from sliding out. I also have a tube which should fit the scope perfectly (again, use an M4 / 6mm diameter threaded insert & M4 screw for fixing) and will fit into a finder shoe of your scope. Use your finest settings (0.4mm nozzle at most; 0.6mm nozzle couldn't cut it + 0.08mm layer height) at least for the adapter that has the threads.
