Description
Wakeboard Fin That Fits My Old Cwb Sol. I Wanted Fins That Were Smaller Than The Stock Fins So I Made A New Fin Model In Alibre Design. The Bottom Surface Of The Fin Has An Arc To Match The Board. I Printed The Fins With A Raft That Breaks Off After Printing. The Alignment Pins Are A Separate Parts That Are Printed Laying Down So That They Are Stronger In Shear. The Pins Are Press Fit Into The Fin After Printing. There Is A Hole For The Mounting Screw But The Hole Needs To Be Tapped (1/4-20 Thread) After Printing. I Included The Alibre Design Files For Anyone That Has Access To That Program. I Also Made 3D Printed Thumbscrews Because I Was Afraid I Might Loose My Stock Thumbscrew If One Of The 3D Printed Fins Break. I Made My Fins Out Of Pla (100% Fill) And They Are Holding Up So Far.
