KitchenAid Pasta form: Reginette
Description
Reginette shape pressure die for KitchenAid (5KSMPEXTA). These are ribbon noodles with wavy sides for good adhesion of the sauce. As the passta pieces are pretty thick and voluminous I added an additional V2 version, which is slighly smaller and produces a little thinner results - use them just as you prefer your pasta ;-)
