Pasta die form for the KitchenAid pasta press add-on (5KSMPEXTA). Spaetzle are a typical German pasta or let's better say "Nudel". This waved Spaetzle form is great for light sauces or to fry them after cooking in a pan togehther with ham, onions, eggs or whatever you like :-) ... and: In my eyes, a Spaetzle dough needs egg! This is no pure Italian durum wheat pasta ;-) I add 1 egg per 100g of flour or durum wheat semola plus 1 tablespoon of water. Maybe also a pinch of salt. That's all you need for the dough.
