## Description and Parts Highly customizable and sturdy patch panel for any cabinet. Currently designed for: - Digitus DN-93617 CAT 6A Keystone Modules (EAN: 4016032353539) - Hager DIN 43871 cabinets (Dimensions: HxWxD 640mm x 305mm x 96.5mm) -> For exact dimensions of the pre-exported .stl files see screenshot of spreadsheet with parameters. -> You can print the minimal-test.stl file to verify your modules fit. ## Features - Extremely sturdy edition (probably overkill) - Highly customizable (e.g. adjust module count or screw positions as needed) - Snap in mechanism - Full-length module guidance (bending cables are no issue) - Modules are guided the entire length (cant bend anywhere) - Modules can be removed with some force - Note: Modules are oriented upside down for easy cable detachment ## Customization Guide You can easily customize the part by simply changing values in a spreadsheet: 1. Download and open FreeCAD file 2. Double click the second element "param" in the model tree 3. Adjust parameters in the spreadsheet as needed (Advanced: Enable "skip recomputes" to speed up changes: right click first element in Tree) 4. Wait some time for the model to recompute 5. Click 'Body' in the model tree. 6. Export as .stl (File -> Export) ## Print Settings - Printer: Creality CR-10 - Material: PLA - Nozzle: 0.8 mm - Layer-height: 0.6 mm - Infill: 50% - Support: none (despite minor overhang) - Print time: 8 hours ## Known issues / Todo - The snap-in mechanism is not always reliable, it's still tight due to long guidance though - Optimize shape for less material usage - Plastic of cabinet weak -> additional Mounting screws would be nice
