FIFINE A6V Desk Mount & Clamp (16mm)
Description
I Slapped this model together fairly quickly and didn't design it for looks, the parts are pretty simple and should be easy to modify for desired height or design. I printed with 30% infill and 5 inner walls to protect the threaded areas from snapping. I also printed the mount (16mm thread) at 99% size which made it thread in perfectly and gave it a nice swivel effect in the top of the tube mount. The clamp is spaced for a cheap desk size at (.600'') thick with about .070'' extra space so i could super glue a piece of rubber to the top side of the clamp to keep it from slipping on the edge of the desk. When i try to jiggle this mount it doesn't budge and makes my desk and monitors shake. The tube can be easily shortened for desired stand height. The tube can also easily be replaced, it's only feature is a .500'' hole clean through it. Finally i would recommend printing the clamp piece with supports and on its side (C shape facing left or right) so that the layers are in line with the clamp for maximum strength.
