Step-shaped shelves for atomizers (42 small/20 large) are pluggable and light for the size.

Description

Step-shaped shelves for 42 atomizers (max 25 mm) or 20 (max 40 mm). Given the number of spaces, the models I found can usually only be printed as a complete print with a lot of material and support. My design is pluggable and stable (also without glue) and weighs less than 200 grams. I still recommend fixing it with a little glue at least at the most important connections. It can be printed without support but with Brim in the orientation of the STL's. A step file is also stored if anyone wants to remake. To assemble, first put everything together without glue to check whether all protrusions have been removed. The best order is back wall, middle strut, side walls, cross strut, steps 1-6 or 1-4. You only need glue for the wedges. You can glue the connections between the middle and cross struts as well as the middle strut to the steps later, but you don't have to. The space-saving design was created at the request of a vaper infected with the HWV (German abbreviation for “want to have virus”) in order to store his 84 small and 12 large ones clearly and also have enough space for the next ones. Mein Desing ist steckbar und schon ohne Kleber stabil bei weniger als 200 Gramm Gewicht. Ich empfehle trotzdem es zumindest an den wichtigesten Verbindungen mit etwas Kleber zu fixieren. Es kann ohne Support aber mit Brim in der Ausrichtung der STL's gedruckt werden. Eine Step-Datei ist auch abgelegt, falls jemand noch etwas verändern möchte. Für den Zusammenbau erst einmal ohne Kleber alles zusammensetzen um zu prüfen, ob alle Überstände beseitigt sind. Die beste Reihenfolge ist Rückwand, Mittelstrebe, Seitenwände, Querstrebe, Stufen 1-6 oder 1-4. Kleber braucht Ihr nur bei den Keilen. Die Verbindungen von Mittel- und Querstrebe sowie der Mittelstrebe zu den Stufen könnt Ihr später kleben, müsst es aber nicht. Das platzsparende Design ist auf den Wunsch eines vom HWV (Deutsch Abkürzung für Haben wollen Virus) befallenen Dampfers entstanden um seine 84 kleinen und 12 großen übersichtlich zu lagern und auch noch für die nächsten genug Platz zu haben. Ich bin gespannt wann ich das nächste drucken soll ;-)
