VEX License Plate Holder - Slide and Flip - Side

My students request I redesign the original version (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5190795) so they could use it on a robot with the top of the frame obstructed. They wanted to slide the plates in and out from the side. Well, here it is. While gravity does a pretty good job of keeping the plates in the original, this one might have issues. To deal with this I added a recess around the perimeter that allows a rubber band to hold the plates in place. It has the added benefit of obstructing most of the rear plate from the side. 3D printed plate holders are competition legal per R7.g Note: I once had feedback on the original design that a team was not allowed to use it in competition because it showed the edge of the rear plate at the top. This is a very strict interpretation of R.9.a.i and ignores the intent of the rule as explained in the accompanying red text box. My teams have used these plate holders for multiple years (including VEX worlds) with no issues.
