Twist Lock Pole Mechanism

I haven't seen anything like this on here or anywhere else on the web for that matter. I've played with this quite a bit so it might not be perfect which is why I have this set as a public domain contribution. Basically this is pole that you can extend out and lock at any length just by twisting it. Inspired by a feather duster and a pole saw. If anyone can improve upon this, please show me and let me know! I hope this helps out on anyone's projects. The blend file is added so you can edit it in Blender.
