be quiet PURE BASE 500 parts
Description
There is much backflow for the front fans so I made these plastic parts to prevent this. I use 2 old Yateloon 140mm fans (D14SL-12, 1000rpm) but most 140mm fans should work. Fusion 360 files is included. I strongly recommend to use silicon plugs instead of screws. Note that the bends closest to the front wasn’t 90 degrees in my chassis so I bent the metal with some wood until the holes centers was 125 mm from center to center. It is a tight fit so only print one part first and test it. You can secure the plastic parts with screws but I didn´t need to.
