Hilti B22 power adapter/dock 22V with WAGO clamp

Hilti B22 power adapter/dock 22V with WAGO clamp

Description

This is a power adapter for the Hilti B22 batteries with Wago connectors to easily connect power sources. I printed it with PLA filament, support and 60% infill. The adapter snaps into the specified pins on the battery, then the battery indicator lights up automaticly. To remove it, you simply have to press in the pins and pull down the adapter. For the connector I use is the 964328-1 connector from TE Connectivity. You need 2 of them per adapter. I would recommend slightly shortening the holders for the cable on the connectors from TE Connectivity, otherwise they will not fit into the 3D printed component. Then simply solder in a suitable cable. I also use the 221 WAGO clamps to ensure easy power consumption. I glued the individual components together with superglue because the connections have to be very strong. To speed up the process I used activator, which also explains the slightly white spots. The holder for the WAGO clamps are designed to be slightly too small, so that they can be clamped tightly with the help of a hot air gun. If you don't have one, I would recommend sanding it with a file as this improves the stability of the glue. It is not a problem if the small tooth at the beginning of the adapter breaks off as it is more for aesthetic purposes. Since this was a very time-consuming design process, I would be happy about a small donation!
