Artillery Sidewinder X3 Plus webcam holder
Description
That is my design for a webcam holder for the Artillery Sidewinder X3 Plus. It mounts on the left side of the printer. It can be adjusted in two axes for accurate camera angle. It's designed for use with Lenovo LC-5 webcam, but it should work with others too. The camera mounts on the top part via double sided tape. Additionaly you can use pig tails for fixing the camera to the holder. All parts needed, are included, but you could use standard screws instead of the printed ones. Keep in mind that if you print the screws, you should use high percentage of infill in order to make them strong enough. The bottom and top pieces of the holder need support. Organic (tree) supports were my choice. There is a gap between the mounting surface of the base of the holder and the printer, so there is room for dampening material like rubber in order to reduce vibrations during operation of the printer. Since it's 3d printed, I do not recomment overtightening the screws!
