uPVC Door Handle Spring Cassette CAM Replacement
Description
A simple replacement CAM part for a uPVC front door handle. The original metal part had somehow broken into pieces, but this replacement got me up and running again. It does not transfer force to the door lock mechanism, it just acts to make the door handle return to the "default" position. You will need to apply some silicone grease, or similar, to allow it move freely and get the best performance. Part fits door handle with spigot diameter of around 15mm with the square sides measuring 13mm side-to-side. CAM is about 23.5mm "tall" and 19mm wide. FreeCAD file created with LinkStage3 fork included in case you wish to modify.
