Miniature Painting Holder
Description
This is a base holder for painting miniatures that I designed. I didn't want to deal with rubber bands or complex assemblies so I designed this simple, comfortable, and effective base holder for miniatures. It will fit 22-28mm bases (not including draft). The handle is ~59mm in diameter (~5mm smaller than a tennis ball) There is a more compact version here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6486333 Notes: I printed it with 15% infill. If you increase this the arms on the Clamp are going to get more stiff and difficult to tighten. The only part that required support is the tensioner (nut). Don't store it tightened down. The plastic will take a set and you'll have to pry it apart when putting a new mini in. Nobody wants that. Happy printing and painting!
