Ultra-Lightweight Toolhead
Description
The Inflexible, Nonmodular, Unattractive ...But Very LIGHTWEIGHT toolhead. Designed for Mercury One Ender 5 CoreXY. This toolhead is optimized to be as light as possible at the expense of modularity, configurability, and just about everything else. And it's also ugly. It really only makes sense to use this if you have lightened all the easy stuff first - Carbon Fiber or skeletonized aluminum gantry, MGN9 skinny rail, Ti fasteners, etc. It weighs in at 52g including all fasteners, which is about half of EVA 2.4 (~100g) and one-third of Stealthburner (~150g). (Weights for printed parts and titanium hardware, excluding extruder and hotend, but including Klicky magnets.)
