https://youtu.be/8v1In7KFaKk Custom case for the Lilygo T-Deck. Very close tolerances, so you should clean up all the edges really well. Only requires 2 M3x8 bolts and nuts. Maximum battery size is 126090 with the standard back. To use a thinner battery it would be a good idea to secure it so it doesn't wobble around or use the slim case. There is an optional fat back to fit bigger batteries like 18650 or 21700 if you want to make a custom battery pack. The Slim case can hold a 706090 battery and you can print it with an SMA port or without. There are also GPS versions for both, the standard has space for 16x16x7mm and the slim has space for 16x12x5mm GPS.
