BMW S1000RR Hepco & Becker sport rack 2019-2022
Description
BMW S1000RR Hepco & Becker sportrack mounting clip (2019 - 2022) Unfortunately the sportsrack mounting requires the bracket to be bolted to the rear subframe which whilst secure is inconvenient. This bracket bolts to the underside of the unit and enables the sportsrack to be fitted and removed in the same way as the rear seat making it much more usable. Fitting requires 2 additional M6 bolts and nylock nuts, the original mounting bolt also screws into the base of the new bracket to add rigdity making for a secure mount. Also included is a bump part to be printed in TPU, I have no idea why H&B do not provide these as standard (especially as the unit is not cheap). The bump should be printed 4 times and fitted to the underside of the legs as shown in the picture. Note: - Clearly this solution is not going to be as strong as bolting the to the sib-frame. - Print with ABS or stronger material and use 90% infil plus extra walls for strength Use at your own risk,
