Dipole antenna T support (T-dipole)
Description
It is a simple support to make a cheap and easy T dipole antenna. I designed this support for 2.2mm diameter solid copper wire (that's whay I had at hand), but I provided the STEP file as well for anybody who wants to customize it to their needs. The coaxial cable I am using is RG316, but this design will work even for RG174 or other thinner 50Ω (50 ohm) coaxial cables, but I recommend sticking with RG316 or RG174 for better rigidity, otherwise your dipole antenna will wobble and tilt to one side. This file contains half of the support, you'll just need to print this twice and snap the two halves together. I took inspiration from this YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=srV70ghBtHg) from Meshtastic Europe and made my own support to build a quick and easy 868MHz T-dipole antenna for my Meshtastic LoRa radio. But you are free to use this design to build a dipole for any frequency you need, just calculate the length of the radials accordingly.
