Simons Cat Puppet
Description
This is my Simons Cat Puppet. Basically, you pull his tail and his arms and legs fly up in the air. Assumably is simple, but fiddly. As you can see in the pics you have to tie the arms together. I placed the arms on their pivots and tired a string between the 2. I tried to keep as little slack in the string as possible. I then repeated this with the legs. Now just tie a small piece of string between the other 2 strings again keeping as little slack as possible. Now jus tie the tail onto the centre string. I placed a little super glue on the knots to keep them tied, but take care as too much will make the strings stiff and the puppet will not work. I’m not entirely happy with the way I have connected the 2 halves together so will probably change this at some time. A little super glue on the centre supports and the pivots secured the 2 halve.
