CO2 Laser Cutter
Description
This is a custom laser cutter design for a 90w CO2 laser tube, based loosely on the Further Fabrication design. I wanted to do a design from scratch with various improvements and changes, so every included file is a complete redesign for this assembly. The included .step assembly details the bearings and pulleys required. The aluminum extrusion is assembled with 90deg corner blocks wherever they look like they are needed. In the downloadable files, a few pre-assembly photos show how some of the parts go together with those corner blocks.
