This is a remix from the mighty thing : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:545345 aka the exact same one you can get on eskating https://eskating.eu/product/htd-5m-36-38-40-42-teeth-nylon-carbon-abec-11-genuine-flywheel-refly-wheel-pulley/ I fact i have the eskating one, the irl pin to pin distance is 40.5mm, this is a very tight fit make sure your printer is well calibrated, if not, you may have to resize X and Y of the part before printing. (i had to print mines at 98.75% for exemple) Then, all you have to do is print a jig to center/drill/countersink corresponding holes in the chain sprocket. Bolt everything a little a the time with m5 - 60 to 80mm screws.
