3 DOF 4 Segment 3D printed robotic arm
Description
This is a 3 DOF 4 segment robotic arm which I designed to be able to code using Arduino. It is a very basic design, and I have not yet assembled the arm in its entirety. Things to note: The end effector does not have a way to attach tooling or a gripper; this will have to be modified in order to accept attachments on the end. All modeled servo mounting screws are 18-8 stainless steel Phillips rounded head thread-forming screws for plastic; size M3.5, 10mm long. McMaster Carr part #99461A952 Modeled screws for the horn are modeled as Black-oxide 18-8 stainless steel pan head Phillips screw; M2.5, 0.45mm pitch thread and 6mm in length. However, I was using whatever came with the circular horns that I had, and I believe the actual pitch is smaller than what I modeled.
