Anti-Whistle Inserts for HAUL-MASTER Cross Bars 64877
Description
These are anti-whistle inserts to replace the rubber strip on the Harbor Freight Haul-Master Cross Bars (SKU 64877). Since I know nothing about aerodynamics, the design for the air-deflectors is heavily inspired by Thing 5868141 by mr_tbot, with some inspiration from Amazon listings for anti-whistle tape. I designed them to be a fairly snug/flush fit (to eliminate rattling), so I'd recommend printing the small test piece file to verify fitment on your rack first, you might have to adjust the scaling a hair if printing in ABS, I used PETG. Each piece is 196mm long, meaning you need 7 pieces to cover the width of each rack. I only installed them on my front rack, as my rear one didn't seem to make any noise.
