Ender 3 S1 Part Cooler NO SUPPORTS

Ender 3 S1 Part Cooler NO SUPPORTS

Description

I have heavily modified my Ender 3 S1 Pro to make it print at 150mm/s with Linear Advance and Input Shaping. However, printing at these speeds requires a *MUCH* better part cooling system. I tried many, many existing designs, but they just didn't provide the cooling that I require. So, after hundreds of designs, prototypes, nozzle shapes, angles, and testing, I have come up with something that provides the best 360-degree cooling solution. Some of design requirements are these: * NO SUPPORTS - I hate post print cleaning operations. * 0.4 mm nozzle optimization - Wall thickness is designed to be done with 2 perimeter 0.4 mm walls and no infill required. * Prints in one piece so minimal assembly required. * Uses insert nuts instead of regular nuts. These get melted into your model with a soldering iron and make a much cleaner model, but you can still use regular nuts if you want, it just won't be as cool. Parts list: * M4 x 20 mm bolt (2 ea) * M4 x 4 mm insert nut (2 ea) (https://www.amazon.com/uxcell-Knurled-Threaded-Insert-Embedment/dp/B07LBGQ2PV) * 5015 dual ball bearing 24V blower fan (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08R9G2VDR)
