ZOHD Dart250g Digital V2

ZOHD Dart250g Digital V2

Description

**UPD: Updated set of parts for printing the digital version of the ZOHD Dart 250g.** List of changes: - Revised FC mount for the latest revisions (FC needs to be glued with 3M double-sided tape). - Revised camera mount. - Added antenna holder. **INTRODUCTION** I have been flying the Dart 250g for some time, always using analog setup, but recently decided to switch to digital entirely. I needed to find a way to install a DJI digital system on the plane with the ability to adjust the center of gravity. This project is my vision of the Dart 250g with a digital setup. When creating the parts, I tried to design them as carefully and user-friendly as possible, while maintaining the flight characteristics of the aircraft. All parts are made of Bambu Lab PETG-Basic plastic on a 3D printer (Bambu Lab P1P) with a layer height of 0.12 mm and without supports (except for "NG_Digital_Nano_Camera.stl," which should be printed with supports). **Components of my aircraft:** - Matek F405-WMN (Latest revision). - Runcam Wasp Nano. - GPS Matek M10Q-5883. - TBS Crossfire NanoRx. - U.FL to MMCX Female RG316 Extension Cable - 10cm. - Lumenier Micro AXII 2 Antenna 5.8GHz - 90 Degree MMCX. - Extended coaxial cable 20cm for the DJI video system. - 18650 Samsung 30Q 3000mAh 3S 1P battery pack. - Stock servos, motor, and ESC from the dart250g PNP kit. **Some assembly notes:** - IMPORTANT: For the lightest takeoff, it is necessary to tilt the engine upwards, and also in the INAV configurator, in the "Outputs" tab, set the position of the servos to "MID" at 1550 and 1450. - The STL file "NG_Trafaret_M10Q.stl" is intended for precise cutting of the hole for installing the GPS Matek M10Q-5883. - Before installing the FC, it is necessary to attach the "board with USB-C connector," which comes with the FC (a long screwdriver may be needed for this). - The STL file "NG_Trafaret_CaddxVista_1.stl" is intended for precise cutting of the hole for installing the plate "RuncamLinkMount.stl". - The STL file "NG_Trafaret_CaddxVista_2.stl" is intended for precise cutting of the hole for cooling the CADDX Vista. - Before gluing the parts, be sure to degrease the bonding surface. - I attached the GPS and part of the "NG_Caddx_Vista_Mounth.stl" using Gorilla Super Glue. - I placed the video transmitter antenna at the bottom of the aircraft, using a 10cm UFL-MMCX adapter cable; the antenna withstands landings well as it is mounted on a flexible leg. - For the DJI video system, you will need an extended coaxial cable (20 cm). - During the printing of the "NG_Caddx_Vista_Mounth.stl" file, it is necessary to pause the printing and insert "steel nuts M2" (4 pcs), then resume printing.
