Honda Beat PP1 speaker rings for Kicker 46CSC674
Description
I didn't fall in love with the speaker brackets that I found here, so I blended the features I liked from [KeiParts3D](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5350434)'s speaker rings, [adamj623](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5439503)'s speaker rings, and the OEM ones from out of my car. These speaker rings will: - fit inside the OEM metal door molding like the OEM mounts and [KeiParts3D](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5350434)'s. - fit a Kicker 46CSC674 like [adamj623](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5439503)'s. - fit flush to the OEM metal door like [KeiParts3D](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5350434)'s with that lovely chamfer on the door mounting holes. - use captured nuts like [adamj623](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5439503)'s. - utilize a nice tall wall to protect the speaker while mounting the door card like the OEM mount. Overall, they seem to be working quite well. * They don't touch the windows when they are rolled down. * They don't require the door cards to be modified. * They do require the use of M4 screws and nuts. Mine will work with M4x16 or M4x18 machine screws, though M4x18 is preferred. There is a bit of unfortunate overhang on this model. I'd use supports on the holes, and skip the supports on the outer fillet on the perimeter of the part. I'd print this strong as well in some sort of heat tolerant material like PETG.
