Painting Holder

Painting Holder

Description

I am currently repainting an old "Nintendo DS - 1st gen" case and have noticed that it is difficult to hold while I am repainting it. Now I have created a solution for this, which should be adaptable and could certainly help one or the other. ATENTION: I haven't printed the model yet, so only these rendered photos from the program are currently available and I will do so in the next few days. Brief instructions on what my ideas are and why something like this can be used, depending on the application: The box itself should be filled with sand, soil or pebbles to ensure that the whole thing does not tip over and has a firm stand. Depending on the configuration, such pins are placed in the plate and the part to be painted is first placed on it as a test; 3 pins are intended for stability. Important information about the pins: they must be rotated so that they do not slip out again. Then apply secondary adhesives to the tips, which are not too strong and are best removable. Then place the piece to be painted on the tips of the pins and wait until the glue has hardened. Eh voila: you can now paint... :-) I hope this helps some of you out there to realize your projects. I'll be posting updates here in the future, with longer pins etc. depending on your feedback.
