hang board to work on your grip strength, has some different holds to work up to printed with PLA and then bolted to the wall. depending on your weight add some infill and increase the wall thickness, id recommend increasing the wall thickness to begin with. if you print in two parts you supermarket quality super glue is more then enough to hold it together.
