Virpil Collective Bracket for Next Level Racing Flight Simulator

###Virpil Rotor TCS base bracket for Boeing Flight Simulator seat from Next Level Racing I needed to connect my Virpil Rotor TCS base with Apache-64 collective grip and Virpil Counter Balance kit to my Next Level Racing Boeing Flight Simulator. This is a remix of [Rick Mellor's design on GrabCad](https://grabcad.com/library/virpil-collective-mount-for-next-level-racing-boeing-seat-1). The Virpil Apache Collective grip is much longer than other grips, which meant that I needed to set the TCS base further back than the original design allowed.
