TIN BOX HERB STATION ALTOIDS GRINDER CONTAINER
Description
Well, with the best of intentions I ended up making this box and I think it turned out pretty cool. It has what you need so you can roll anywhere. It has its different pieces: Papers: It is the essential thing in the design, this is responsible for sealing the space between the grinder and the lighter from the herb, since the papers rest slightly on the crossbar of the box, sinking approximately 1mm inside it. So your grass will be safe, I suggest not having extremely wet grass for the well-being of the papers. PAPER CLIP: This holds the papers fairly in place. At the top it has space to see how many are left (normally different brands put holes in the top of the package to see the quantity). Below, a rail that supports them with a small projection so that they do not fall. SPACE FOR TIPS: These rest just below the lighter and can fit up to 10 standard size mouthpieces and, well, less if it is a rare lighter or tips. LIGHTER SPACE: Admits all kinds, this one is specifically designed for Clipper lighters because it is a complete station, it had to include a poker somewhere without using space. GRINDER: Square at the bottom and circular at the top, the idea of its lower part is to be able to use the entire box as a leverage to grind, and that is why the upper part is circular. Now, if you don't like this method, you can simply remove the grinder from the box and use it in your hand for example, so you can pour everything onto the rolling paper. The amount that can be ground is approximately a normal joint, not too big or too small. For general information: An Altoids box measures 22mm high, there are also 20mm high boxes, but the paper clip that I designed must be placed further to the right so that the paper clip does not collide with the rest of the box, I recommend using 22mm for plus size. PAPER CLIP INSTALLATION: (See both photos in doccuments) You'll need some double-sided tape to stick it to the tin cap/lid. Cut the top of the strip of papers to roll up as much as possible, then put them in the clip and center them well. Now, looking at all of this from behind, with the arrow-like side of the clip pointing down, the PAPERS, not the clip, should be perfectly covering the crossbar. (view photo) When completing this, gently close the lid so that the clip does not move when closing it. If it moves, remove, clean and reinstall. I use a double-sided tape that's like a gel. PRINT TIPS GRINDER DOWN: Print without supports, oriented like bowl. Infill: 100% GRINDER UP: print with teeth facing up and with support. Infill: 100% Nozzle: If narrower, theeth are taller. (I use 0.6, 0.5, 0.4) made that way to only use one file. CLIP: Print standing with c side down. BOX: Print with BRIMS, I recommend leaving the lighter space with the brims not removed. Note: I have printed all the parts in 1mm and they work fine, except for the grinder cap so it has higher teeth. ALL pieces can be printed with ironing ON or OFF.
