Ender3 S1 Rail Accents
Description
I wanted a fancy looking printer like everyone else. I could only find the V-Slot rail covers which my Ender3 S1 does not have (unused). So I designed some accent covers that fit into the grooves of the rails. x8 212mm for the vertical z-axis. x4 168mm for the horizontal x-axis. x4 172mm for the horizontal y-axis. x4 198mm for the horizontal front sides. x4 170mm for the horizontal top bar. (The very top slot may require you to cut or use smaller pieces if you have anything attached.) I printed these at 0.2mm with White eSun PLA+. I am using Cura with a Horizontal Expansion setting of -0.05. Please print a small test to ensure that the accents will fit properly. Also found that not all accent slots were the same size. For the Y-Axis, I had to make the channel slots a bit smaller. You may need to use the ‘Thin Channel’ version.
