Generate and print all the hinges you need in just the right size for your need The sizes of the premade models are given as outer dimensions in this format: xx mm-yy mm The generation tool for making your hinges is the Freecad docs (.FCStd). Open it in Freecad and locate the spreadsheet included in the fill. There will be 2 variables, base_x, and base_y change them to your desired outer dimensions of the hinge. Note: The models stop working with too low values, so don't go below 40mm
