28mm WW1 Bunker at Courcelette
Description
This is a model of the German observation post at what was left of the Courcelette sugar factory in 1916. The bunker was built over the sugar beet juice storage house and was practically all that was left standing of the factory. I've added some loose tanks that can be scattered around as well. I think the bunker was probably an observation post because there were no good fields of fire with all the ruins around and I can't find any good pictures that show firing ports. But it was easy to make it into a pillbox so I include two different versions. This is 28mm version scaled up from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6546704 .
