BD-1 with Removable Face Plate and Removable Body Cover
Description
I wanted to have the lights actually animate like they do in the game, and I wanted to wear BD-1 around for a cosplay event. So I put places for M4 screws and nuts on the face, and the back, and edited some of the detail on the body to accommodate a power switch and a charging port for a battery. I had a custom PCB made up, and used a couple of individual NeoPixels for the eyes, drove them from an Uno using the FastLED library, and thought it turned out great. These are the edited parts, as well as some of the parts I used to attach BD-1 to myself
