Horn Speaker for 93mm/3" Chassis
Description
I wanted a tiny horn speaker on my computer desk with clear sound but no need for high volumes. With e.g. the Monacor SPX-31M you can build a pair easily yourself for less then 50 Bucks. As it is a "pressure free" system, you dont need thick walls or damping material, but you should glue the parts very accurately to avoid distortion. Printed on a BAmbu P1P with PETG, PLA should work fine too. To have the same structure outside on the both walls, turn it over before printing the second one. Drill the hole for the speaker cable (around 6,5mm) before you glue the side walls. Drill 4 holes of 2mm diameter to easily fasten the speaker.
