Description
35mm film negative scanning holder / carrier. Film may be tight and you may need to run some paper through the slots to clear them following the print. Could potentially use a slightly larger viewing window if you prefer to have more borders present in the frame/scan. I've simplified the design and removed the moving parts. Since the piece is symmetrical, two identical pieces have to be printed. The alignment pins can be made from a roll of paper, a roll of film or even a piece of pencil. The cut-out at the top is for inserting the slide frame, so it is possible to scan the slide frame without glass. I reduced the wall thickness to 2 mm, which is also sufficiently rigid for the job.
