Filament Holder & Dust Remover

Description

Here Is A Basic Filament Holder And Dust Remover Combo. I Designed It To Fit On Top Of My Aluminum Mendel, But It Could Be Attached To Virtually Any Printer (Especially Ones With Aluminum Extrusions). I Cut A Basic Sponge To Size And Then Poked A Hole In It That Lined Up With The Hole In The Part. The Filament Runs Smoothly Through The Sponge And Filament Guide Hole. After A Few Test Runs It Seems To Be Doing Its Job, But I Would Love To Hear Your Feedback. Update: I Noticed That The Sponge Was Moving A Little Bit While Printing And It Was Also Getting Dried Out Faster Than What I Anticipated. So I Designed This Lid To Keep Everything From Moving And To Also Keep The Moisture In The Sponge For A Longer Period Of Time.
