This is for airsoft only, not a real firearm, however it can do damage if aimed at the wrong place or direction. Treat it responsibly and use the appropriate safety gear. Use caution and point in a safe direction when folding and unfolding. Notes The original folding 19 had issues and most of those issues have been resolved. It's kind of a hybrid from parts of the prototype FPG and the released FPG version. The one in the picture has the extended X grip version. Parts 2 2.5 mm pins 1 2.2 mm pin 2 torsion springs with a wire diameter of 0.8 to 1 mm 1 1.7-1.8x7mm pin for trigger bar spring 1 0.4x6 mm, 2 loops, Trigger spring using repurposed compression spring turning it into a torsion spring Assembly instructions Print the frame, grip, clip, trigger and both parts of the trigger guard. Clean supports off of the parts, some cutting and sanding might be required for better fit and dealing with friction issues. Fit holes to pins and make sure everything fits together. Put the slide retention spring in the slot and insert the pin to hold it in place. Slide in the slide retention bar from the side till it fits in the middle with the spring. Next put the trigger in with the spring in the middle. Insert the trigger pin until it's flush with the edged of the trigger. Slide the slide release in, some pressure might be needed for it to fit. Once the slide release is in push the trigger pin all the way in until it's flat with the frame. Put the hammer housing in along with the trigger bar. Insert the hammer housing pin to secure it to the frame and screw in the screw on the back. Hook the trigger bar spring in and pull it till the end lines up with the hole and insert the pin to retain it. I use a thin hobby knife to insert between the loops so it's easier to pull on the spring. Use a pick to pull the trigger spring till it makes contact with the frame. Pull the trigger up into the frame to test if it folds out. Put the mag release spring in the slot on the grip and insert the mag release. The spring might have to be pulled till it fits in the mag release. Put the spring in the middle of the clip and put it into the grip. Insert the pin to hold the clip in. Put the grip into the frame until the holes line up and insert the pivot pin. Line up the holes on the trigger guards, the indent will be at the top front. Insert the pin to hold the trigger guard together. Put the spring in between the top part of the trigger guard and line up with the holes in the frame. Insert the pin to hold the trigger guard to the frame. Pop the ends of the back bottom section of the trigger guard into the connector on the grip. Put slide on and test the trigger. If the trigger bar is stuck sand the top right pivot point on the grip. Pull back the slide to test the if the trigger resets. Some lubricant might be needed if the slide has too much friction. If it passes the two test then test with a empty mag and make sure the slide locks back. If any of these test fail or give problems go back and reassemble before doing to shooting test. Common Issues and fixes It won't fold all the way. This is caused by the trigger guard getting stuck on the trigger due to not fitting in the connector on the grip properly. Some sanding might be required to help it fit on the connector holes along with sanding on the trigger and trigger guard for a better fit. It's a pain to get the slide off. A bump while holding down the slide retention lever might be required to get the slide off. The trigger is stuck. The top right side of the grip where it pivots is making the trigger bar stick. The best way is to lightly sand the top and that should fix the issue. Mag sticks in mag well. This is a break in issue that is either caused by bumps in the mag well or another part pressing on the mag so it won't fall out easily.
