Wall mountable angled pencil organiser
Description
I really liked the Angled Pencil Organiser created by TakingFire but there were two main things I really wanted it to do. One I wanted to be able to store starpie pens and markers and some of my larger diameter pens, and two I wanted to be able to wall mount it in my garage so as to keep it off the desk but still retain the ability to take it off the wall easily so as to use it in any other parts of the garage. Unfortunately I had trouble with the step files (or maybe its just my lack of knowledge working with them) so I rebuilt the entire design from the ground up. I have attempted to keep the dimensions "the same" but it would be not surprise to me if they are slightly different. Just like the original the tolerances on the angle holder and the wall mount are "exact" and came out nice on my Ender 5S1 running on Klipper. The holes are as follows: 5x 14mm 6x 8mm 2x 16.8mm 1x 16.5mm x 43.5mm 1x 24mm x 43.5mm Print Time: Pen holder: ~5h 30m Base: ~1h 15m Wall Mount: ~1h 10m Print settings used: Brim or Raft: No Support: Yes for the over hanging part of the pen holder (organic tree support recommended set to branch angle of 50 degrees and on build plate only, you will need to paint the supports on the overhang) Infill: 15% Triangles (you can change this per part to improve print time) Note I struggled with surface on the base because of the rake angle, higher infill may have helped with this. Layer height: 0.2 Walls: 3 (you may want to add a modifier for the wall mount to increase walls for the pegs to make them stronger) Bottom Layers: 3 Top Layers: 3 Post Processing: Just removal of the tree support
