Found on Cults3d.com posted by NERBIL Made using Ziddan's excellent shoulder pad template: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/custom-3d-printable-space-marine-shoulder-pads-template-tool-for-making And the decal sheets hosted on Bolter & Chain sword. He couldn't find a White Consuls shoulder pad anywhere so decided to make his own. I am posting it here as I play Black Consuls and the only difference is the paint scheme
