Snow Globe Platform
Description
The goal of this project is to recombine two components of a broken snow globe. The center piece sits within an inset which holds it snugly in place. The inset has a channel to catch extra glue in case the piece needs to be secured more. The bottom of the snow globe contains a functional music box. The platform can't glue to the base because then the music box would be unreachable. Instead, it uses 8 flanges to hold itself in place. This also helps account for the slightly oblong shape of the hole.
