Snapmaker 2.0 Nozzle Cleaning Mount & Purge Tray
Description
A nozzle cleaner and purge tray mount for Snapmaker 2.0 machines. It was specifically designed for the A250 where both screw holes can be affixed to the underside of the bed framework with two screws, but should fit on the A350 with the use of a single screw (just make sure its screwed tight!). Two STLs are included for the front left and right sides of the bed framework. Rotate the model 180 degrees along the X-Axis (my bad). Prints without supports. BOM at bottom of description. See here for a demonstration: https://youtube.com/shorts/lwas6wnEwiY?feature=share You will need to make adjustments to your starting GCODE to allow for the machine to position itself over the purge tray during purge, and brush itself against the wire brush with a hot nozzle. I've documented mine below as a reference: /// ; Start Cura G-code start script M140 S{material_bed_temperature_layer_0} ;Set Bed Temperature G28 ;home G90 ;absolute positioning G1 X-15 Y55 F3000 ;Move to corner G1 Z0 F1800 ;Go to zero offset M190 S{material_bed_temperature_layer_0} ;Wait for Bed Temperature M104 S{material_print_temperature_layer_0} ;Set Hotend Temperature M109 S{material_print_temperature_layer_0} ;Wait for Hotend Temperature G92 E0 ;Zero set extruder position G1 E20 F200 ;Feed filament to clear nozzle G92 E0 ;Zero set extruder position G1 X-15 Y-10 F3000 G1 X-15 Y75 F3000 ; End Cura G-code start script /// BOM: - 2x M4x6 screws - 1x Mini wire brush (or use a standard wire brush and saw through it at the head) I used the following wire brush: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005814644069.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.124.1a311802jC1it1
