CZ455 452 512 Magazine Baseplate
Description
This is simply a baseplate for skinny CZ plastic magazines to make them easier to handle. It does not increase magazine capacity. It is a bit longer and taller than the model remixed from. I have included several versions. A basic one so you can add your own text or textures and three variations - a plain one you can add your own texture to if desired, one with cross-hatched sides, one with CZ 457 on sides, and another with spectacles and handlebars (a logo I used many years ago). NOTE: I have found the various magazine capacity extenders insufficiently reliable in feeding to use in Precision Rifle or NRL competition. I have made several unique versions as well, and none were “up to snuff” so I have not posted them. After much trial and error, I believe the problem lies with not the extenders, but rather with the original follower when used with the capacity extenders. The follower seems to develop a very slight forward cant as it's "legs" pass the bottom of the magazine, causing the bullets nose to feed lower than it should. I hope to work on a suitable follower in the near future.
