Creality Ender-3 Pro Linear Rod Bearing Z-Axis X Tightener Remix
Description
This is a remix of KayeKit excellent Z-Rod modification. It allows space for a z belt tensioner. I also shaved off several mm's from the ears for better rod alignment to lower rod holder. This may have been done on purpose as to add some extra spring to the rod and bearing holder. The Rod acts as a spring keeping a equal amount of tension on the right z-axis, so far this has been better than dual zscrews for me. 1. Print all parts (Rod holders can be found here)https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4431225 2. install the upper and lower rod holders. 3. Install bearings into zbearing holder. I put some tape on them so they where more secure. 4. Loosen the eccentric nut on the right z-axis. 5. Install zbearing holder has far as it will go to the right. 6. Install Rod. 7. Adjust z axis eccentric nut and enjoy.
