Davinci 1.0 titan extruder with volcano hotend
Description
This is an upgraded extruder for a davinci 1.0 Design considerations: - Modular: make sled a separate part, so you don't have to take the whole carriage apart to replace. - Keep light as possible. - Use commonly available parts. Entire setup weighs 338g. Has separate 30mm parts cooling fan. You need to run a power line for the extruder cooling fan (also 30mm) so it remains on consistently. Bushings are 8x10x15mm bushings. I used an all metal hotend similar to the micro swiss cooler along with a volcano heater block. Comment for any questions, and I'll add more details to the description.
