ZOHD Altus DJI O3 nose
Description
My first take on redrawing a design from Burkeomatic from RC Groups. Basically the nose has cutout for the O3 camera with 4 small holes to tighten the camera with M2 screws. Holes are a bit loose so there is a small amount of adjustment range for both moving the camera forward/back as well as tilting it slightly higher or lower. My O3 is on a tray with standoffs so the unit is directly behind the top air inlet - 30min flights and no overheating. I used a little longer UFL antennas and rotated the O3 VTX so that I can get access to the SD Card or USB port without the need to remove the nose. Nose is mounted to the stock nose with two M2.5 screws, not sure if the stock ones are long enough. The bottom of the nose has a small thin edge that allows for flush positioning of it to the fuselage. The three holes on the top are for either two separate antennas like I did or center one if someone goes with the stock O3 antenna. I printed mine in regular PLA with stock 200/50 temperature settings and speed set to 60. Supports needed but they're not a lot of them.
