Veteran Pedals
Description
I found inspiration from Cadet Pedals - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4655002. Seeking enhanced resistance and progression in the pedals, I concluded that pneumatics were the optimal solution. This necessitated a more durable design. Thus, I completely redesigned everything. I integrated bearings to ensure seamless movement and crafted a custom bushing for the pedals, which, when adequately lubricated, offers fluid motion for every toe brake. Ultimately, I opted for Hall-effect sensors for their superior accuracy and longevity. I used the Arduino Joystick library for PC connectivity. With the print files I provided: - Assembly drawings - Arduino code - Wiring Diagram Assemby drawings/instructions Arduino source code Wiring diagram For the main damper is used CD85N16, 50mm stroke which I purchased in this link: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/10000037855398.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.236.2e101802okJQ2O For the Tobrake dampers I used 18X8, 200mm-60mm Stroke Gas spring 50Nm Type B: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000006234900.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.293.2e101802okJQ2O Bearings are plain ball bearings 608-2RS 22mm: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005005293646967.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.231.2e101802okJQ2O Hall effect sensors are A1302 Case B: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32799393208.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.246.2e101802okJQ2O
