Civic EG 165mm midrange/tweeter adapter mount
Description
I used it with Hertz CK 165 midrange driver/tweeter combo Tweeter mount is only compatible with electric side mirrors but it's better to use the interior mirror cover for manual mirrors since it has hole in the middle for the cables (Interior mirror cover for electric mirrors can also be used but you will have to cut a hole in it). In either way you have to drill two 3mm holes for mounting it to the cover. The 165mm driver has to be used without the front "grill" cover otherwise it hits the cover on the door panel. The driver si mounted to the adapter with M4 screws and you have to use heat threaded inserts in the adapter. Also I recommed to put some foam between the adapter and the door. I also designed the divider mount but I was not a good design as it was vibrating (divider is positioned in the only place I could think of placing it since there is not a lot of space between the door and the door panel). I now designed different one which uses two screws for mounting it to the door but haven't tested it yet. If you print it, let me know if it works :D Photo is of the old divider mount.
