E30 Door Mold Clip
Description
Replace the broken clip in your E30 door molds. Remove the broken piece by prying it out with a screwdriver, then install the new one with small dab of epoxy or silicone to secure it in place (might not be required). For a coupe you will need 6 pieces as circled in green on the door molds picture. They are parts #1A and #1B in the car side picture. OEM PN is not applicable. Using this piece you can also fabricate part #4: print one with 100% infill, cut the plastic stud then tap in an M4 hole and insert an M4 bolt after you cut its head. Print settings: Use ABS plastic and print the piece laying flat on its face as shown in the picture and as oriented in the file with 4 walls at least to get the strongest possible outcome.
